Writing is a lot like weight training. You won't be able to lift a lot at first. You start small. Short session, light weights. Day by day though you get just a *little* stronger. Eventually your sessions get longer, the bars get heavier, and everyone says "I could never do that." Just like you did.

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

So *many* concerns here, but I don't understand why would a qualitative researcher even want this? Why not use a survey instead?The whole point of qualitative interviews is that we co-produce knowledge with our interlocutors through participation in the research process.
