If they refused to identify themselves, yes. If 3 citizens are hanging out with even just one illegal immigrant at the time of detainment, and those three refuse to identify themselves, yes. They have the right not to identify, but now they appear suspicious.
Let's really break it down. It was only 50 Americans who were questioned about their citizenship. 130 were being idiots to ICE. Those 50 Americans were Latino, according to your article. If these people were present at immigration raids, that's reasonable suspicion.
All ICE needs is reasonable suspicion. Of the 500,000 people detained by ICE this year, apparently 170 of American citizens were reasonably suspicious. That's 0.03 percent. What is the point you're trying to make here?
The national guard wouldn't be needed if Democrats didn't encourage their citizens and illegals to fight ICE. Why do you think this isn't happening in Red states? Mayors in red states let ICE apprehend the worst of the worst right from the prison. Blue cities are letting them back on streets
