This would be catastrophic to the household finances of every renter, dramatically increase homelessness for seniors & fixed income, all to boost landlord profits. Would destroy any slim chance of saving towards home ownership. Landed gentry pulling the ladder up & devastating ON society & economy.
In particular, they want leases to no longer necessarily remain in effect indefinitely, so that landlords have more options for creating tenant turnover.

I made a brick-built dragon statue from scratch for something I’m building with Thomas, and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. With the small humans around the house, I’ve taken a different fork for my plastic addiction, Lego instead of 40k.
