It's all these things plus it's disrespectful of your audience, their time and attention. You've also preemptively told them the work is bad, so if they like it, you've told them they have bad taste.
The most important artistic advice I can impart on people is to stop saying self-depreciating things about your work when you show it to people. Break the habit, it’s not funny, it’s not cute, it’s impulsive self-harm we do to try to take away the power other people could have to bruise our egos.
