Little trip to Liverpool today to see Galeon Andalusia, a replica 17th century Spanish galleon, built in Seville. I wasn't so keen on Liverpool when I worked there 20 years ago, but I admit that it's grown on me and the architecture is top drawer.

I have a friend who is an artist/photographer. We met for first time in ages, I was wearing a green hoodie, I'd bought in Glastonbury. She suddenly asked to photograph me for a project, the subject matter being British folklore horror. The results are pretty cool. I am a muse 😂

In 2024, I learnt that the medic William Harold Coltman VC DCM MM, the most decorated other ranks soldier in WW1, was the Son of my Great Great Grandfather (his 2nd marriage), starting an obsession for me in learning as much as possible about this pacifist hero in my family's past.
