A Happy Halloween to all my followers from this cute pumpkin 🎃
no tv and no beer make homer go crazy
I saw SPRINGSTEEN: DELIVER ME FROM NOWHERE today.

Can anyone explain to me what Jayne Houdyshell was doing in that film for one single shot, no dialogue??
Setting aside the behind the scenes stupidity, the #Scream7 trailer looks... to me, bad. No commentary, feels artificial, looks super repetitive and the trailer itself gives away a lot of the kills and the entire opening sequence. I can only hope to be surprised.
Already seeing “____ movie didn’t get nominated at the Gothams! I told you it’s Oscar prospects were overblown! It’s over!” It’s the Gotham Awards, sweetie.
Joe Pesci in My Cousin Vinny singing MGMT’s “The Youth” as “The Yute” came to me in a dream
the irony of not remembering you took a dementia test
The NY Times and WaPo may be lost causes but holy shite look at PEOPLE out here absolutely killing it with 100% unvarnished truths 🌟
once again. no shade to wicked for good. just need to wait until actual “week of release” reactions and actual reviews. I wish it the best!
absolutely no shade to wicked for good, all the shade towards hyperbolic pre-release influencer press
The #WickedForGood embargo lifts today and let me just break it now.

It’s a masterpiece. Erivo and Grande are Oscar worthy. Jon M Chu improves upon the second act of the show to deliver a magical sequel, better than the first! I haven’t seen it, but this is what my timeline will be saying.
Just watched A HOUSE OF DYNAMITE.

*super minuscule baby spoiler*

They open the Idris Elba segment with a shot of lions and all I could think about was the incredible 2022 action thriller Beast starring Idris Elba bare knuckle brawling off against a group of vicious lions.
The chances of me even getting to it tonight are low when I have a new season of The Diplomat to burn through.
it’s ok tho. staying appreciative and blessed. they work hard over there, im just a dog waiting to be fed
after a month of getting screener invites from Netflix, and patiently waiting, the very first literal screener arrived in my inbox for a film that comes out… tomorrow.
Not enough Halloween specific for sure. There are plenty of good spooky vibe songs that don’t get played enough though, “Lil’ Red Riding Hood” is a fav.
This girl is on fire this season. Feels like a classic SNL familiar face on par with the Mayas, Amys, Kristens and Tinas and she hasn’t even graduated yet out of the Featured Players.
I have absolutely no idea in what future context, but Ashley Padilla would do a perfect Laura Linney on SNL.
back to my day job after a 5-day break to cover a film festival

Rewatching the Coen’s TRUE GRIT. Just fantastic, crowd-pleasing cinema.

Got me kind of browsing the films of 2010.

An astoundingly bad year. Maybe the worst of the century? A few all-timers, around 12 good movies, almost everything else a dump. Look no further than that year’s Globe nominees. ☠️
