Being a #Stoic means I have to stop and think before I react or take action. It's the most challenging aspect of #Stoicism for me but the most important. We need to choose how we think about things and act.

Being a #Stoic doesn't mean I don't care about the pain and suffering of those around me. It means I recognize what I can and cannot control.
