The danger is that a faith discovered online is limited to individual experiences, which may be intellectually and emotionally reassuring, but never “embodied.” Such experiences remain “disembodied,” detached from the “ecclesial body.”

One day, I want to discuss how traditional Republican economic principles directly seeded the ground for MAGA. There’s no getting away from that. But I’d also want to discuss how the Dems couldn’t hold on to the people that their policies were helping while Rep were hurting them but gaining support.

1) Donors give huge sums to elect politicians to office
2) Elected officials rewrite rules in the donors' favor
3) Donors make huge profit
4) Repeat

We must get big money out of politics.

It is the root of our dysfunction.
