I am obsessed with protecting women's right to have our own spaces, groups, and sports without being forced to include males. If you interpret that as weird, maybe you need to examine your own morals.
Again, I think McBride was the catalyst, but it seems the bill language prohibits everyone from using the restroom that doesn't correspond with their sex. So it doesn't *only* target transpeople.
Is McBride specifically named in the bill? Or is it actually a matter of women working at the capital didn't realize they needed a law to keep males out of their restroom until trans congresspeople started getting elected?
It's a psychological condition. You treat psychological conditions by treating the brain, not by altering healthy body parts and healthy endocrine systems.
Transwomen are men. They don't belong in women's categories of anything, regardless of how they perform, because they aren't women. They are men. Women and girls are allowed to have some groups and spaces that don't include males.
