I was talking to my housemate that is in his mid sixties and he had never heard of the San Diego chicken.
I asked a lot of questions which led him telling me that he has never been in a riot.
I told him that there will be plenty of opportunities.

It feels weird as everything collapses but I have a renewed creative energy. I have been working on a new poetry project (hopefully it will become a full book length collection) and now and friends and I are working on a new reading series/writers circle in Seattle that starts in January

My current poetry project is around 20th century painters and people in relationships with them
In my research for this project it’s been a real bummer the number of times I run into then there were nazis or something similar and it was not a good time for anyone
