One of my conundrums is cutting through the noise. The thing I teach, Alexander Technique, only works on people who are ready to learn, to embrace change, to take a hard look at themselves and their habits. Someone just asked me why they couldn't binge-watch my course. That's the point, I said.

Sometimes your world will come crashing down, or it will feel like it. Patience is key. Just wait. The sun will come out again and you will want to go and play in it.
In my dark times, I try and think how much worse I'd be without the Alexander Technique. Probably a puddle of goo on the floor.
