Yes, AI can benefit teachers’ outputs at work—instructionally and/or operationally.

But what it can’t do is improve the climate and culture within which they work.

An organization’s culture very well could be its biggest competitive advantage.

Admins need to embrace and understand this fully.

Latest AI project—created GPT via ChatGPT to help ELA team unpack standards & identify learning targets. While human touch shouldn’t be minimized in these processes, no need to exhaust brain energy if not needed. And, saves time.

A undervalued crucial leadership skill is knowing when to step aside and let someone else lead.

Even if we believe we are the best fit for a position, it's important to acknowledge that someone else might be better suited for the role in the short- or long-term.
