Bondi finally weighing in on the Trader Joe's Parking Lot and "Is Father's Office Overrated?" wars that plague our fair city.
Wait one damn minute, I need to speak on this.

@kamlager-dove.house.gov read AG Pam Bondi the riot act over the DOJ scrubbing data on right wing extremists from the website.

Bondi’s response: “Her district includes Culver City and she’s not talking about… stopping crime in her district.”

Have those newly unredacted files revealed who emailed Epstein in 2016 about the pilot/co-pilot communication issue?

(It couldn't be, right...?)

Also, I truly did not know you could still purchase songs on iTunes. I’m trying to think of the last time I reasonably might have done that. 2011?

Super Bowl viewers Sunday speculated that 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos appeared in the halftime show. In fact, he has been in hiding with his family.

“He can’t sleep well at night. He wakes up three or four times a night screaming, ‘Daddy, Daddy,’” Liam's father Adrian Conejo Arias, said.

Took me a decade to be ready to share this take, but "time is a flat circle" is redundant since circles are two-dimensional and definitionally flat.

Reporter: Mr. Mamdani, the second question for you.

Mamdani: Yes. It’s also the golden snake."

Truly, though: always great to have Margaret on and so encouraging/harrowing to hear her stories from Minneapolis. So check that out.

Astonishingly, the president, can you believe this, posted something really racist well after we recorded, and we'll have to talk about it on Monday, after which he may, probably will?, post something else really racist that we won't talk about podcastically for a few days, and so it goes.
New episode of #EvenMoreNews with @margaret.bsky.social! We discuss her experience reporting from Minneapolis, how people there are organizing and providing mutual aid, Trump's threats to "nationalize" elections, and how he wishes Kaitlan Collins would smile more.

furthermore, what we are seeing in MN is a direct result of that hateful racist rhetoric manufacturing consent and democrats should be saying that

I say “for some reason” because I can’t imagine it mattering at this point? Does it affect his life or the politics of the situation at all if he says “you know what? I don’t believe in God. I think you already knew that. Whatever.”

Like tens of millions of people legitimately believe that the 2020 election was stolen. Okay, fine. But zero people, literally zero, believe “Donald Trump is a religious Christian.” The same way zero people believe “Donald and Melania are deeply in love, in a committed marriage.” But they pretend!
February 5, 2026 at 2:26 PM
This is one of those things that zero people believe. Like, not a single person in this country believes that Donald Trump is a deep man of faith who has read the Bible. For some reason, they’re all just pretending.
Paula White-Cain at the Natl Prayer Breakfast: "We give thanks for a president who understands that faith is not a private afterthought but a public good. A president who is not merely spoken about faith, but has acted to protect it ... I've seen his compassion when no one is looking."
