AIDS quilt repair workshop today. #Volunteer for good.
Everybody posting that they have volunteered their crafting skills to help places out, so I'll join in and boast I've knitted six angels for MU. I think I can boast as it’s not donating 🤔🙏

Terrifying documentary about a mother accused of Munchausen syndrome by doctors and prevented from seeing her daughter, who had complex regional pain syndrome. I should imagine it's a risk in the EDS community with all the bruising.

I noticed that it wasn't happening so often at the start of the year but it has been confirmed by Apple Watch. Hopefully they'll leave me in another year or so 😩❤️

Painting created by Margaret Rose c.1965, in the art therapy studio at Netherne hospital, Surrey, where she was compelled to live.
This is one of only three surviving works by her & no biographical information is currently known to us
This week has been very challenging. No hot water at the usual gym/pool, the most horrendous PMT (luckily only six times a year now due to approaching menopause) and the afternoon darkness. A terrible week, but I’m still here and I’m ready for another week 💪💪💪

There's nothing spookier at Halloween than to sit around the fire with a group of good friends and tell each other ghost stories. Especially when you remember you haven't got a fire, or any friends.

I understand this is annoying but the people unwrapping food could be having a hypo and those nipping out for the loo might have connective tissue issues. Saying this, we are still annoying 🤨

Bookbanks is a wonderful new charity giving books to people at food banks. A simple, brilliant idea that everyone in the book world should get behind: open.substack.com/pub/samj/p/b...

I always carry a barge pole with me, just in case I want to not touch something I don't like with it.
I did my SAD lamp for half an hour this morning, and I feel like I've had an additional coffee without the palpitations or anxiety. (I've recently reduced to one coffee a day).
