Today in history, 1862: Robert Smalls, an enslaved person and ship’s pilot, takes over the CSS Planter, an armed Confederate transport. Smalls steered it past Confederate defenses and surrendered it to the Union Navy, while also freeing himself, his crew and their families. /1
I will not vote for you. Let a woman get the nomination.
I will not vote for him

Hahahahahha I feel the same way, I just finished reading it
Huh? That doesn’t even make sense.
Because if he did, Thomas would know how to end all this and Andrew wanted it to keep going. At least that was my take.
And we know this because when he learned he controlled the forest monsters, Andrew summoned them to confess their secret of what they wanted— a broken wishbone, a bloody kiss, a heart sacrifice, and they told him but you already knew this. Thomas didn’t hear that part.
So the roots and vines matured in him. If he wanted his macabre fairytale first kiss he had to ripped out his whole ❤️‍🩹 and let Thomas in. And then 🌹s started to blossom out of him, literally. He wanted Thomas to declare his love there not in the stairwell outside where they were eating Oreos.
Because we know Thomas was literally falling apart and had holes and wounds that wouldn’t heal because Andrew wouldn’t express his love for him. The forest pushed Andrew by growing in him forcing him to confront reality that no one was going to save him, not dove, not Thomas— but himself.
Oh wow, I had a completely different take on the forest. I felt like the forest helped him in many good and bad ways. For example, the forest (dove) led him to GSA which helped him be more open and the bad ways- well we already know. The forest forced him to confront Thomas.
Don’t let the forest in has destroyed my soul.
What was your take? Because I have listened to some people’s podcast and they were lost when it came to the ending?

I think the forest growing inside of him was his love for Thomas. He was coming to terms that Dove wasn’t coming to save him and that he needed to finally confess to Thomas, his love
