A friend reminded me that we need to boycott big corporations. I was tempted to renew my Audible subscription because offered a discounted membership. I am cancelling that and plan to not buy any Kindle books next year. Will just use library digital ones. Use Libro & Chirp for audiobooks.

Finally getting around to writing more movies I saw at the film festival, and Is This Thing On? is one of the ones that surprised me the most. Didn’t even hear about it before the screening. It is really good. Very heartfelt movie about rediscovering passion and love for people and art.

One thing I noticed is that a lot of narcissistic people weaponize God. I know from experience. They act like a chosen one to justify some of their self-involved behavior. Not all religious people are. Many good ones but have seen a pattern with using religious as a weapon and narcissism.
