A cGAS-mediated mechanism in naked mole-rats potentiates DNA repair and delays aging

Naked mole rats get much older than closely related mamals of a similar size. cGAS mutations may have an important role in this.

A cGAS-mediated mechanism in naked mole-rats potentiates DNA repair and delays aging
Efficient DNA repair might make possible the longevity of naked mole-rats. However, whether they have distinctive mechanisms to optimize functions of DNA repair suppressors is unclear. We find that naked mole-rat cyclic guanosine monophosphate–adenosine ...

Let's talk about these two department store owners: brother and sister Louis Bamberger and Caroline Bamberger Fuld. From Newark, New Jersey.

They are random people, basically. But in the late 1920s, with fascism taking over Europe, they made a choice that profoundly changed the world: 🧵

Last Tuesday, I was set to give a talk on 'climate change in the Northeast' at a retirement home but had to cancel due to hourly job threats.

After nearly two weeks of overwhelming uncertainty, today it happened. I was fired from my dream of working at NOAA. I'm so sorry to everyone also affected.

The GOP messaging on modern technology is a fascinating mess. Scientific innovations in food, agriculture, and public health are part of a nefarious globalist plot to destroy you. ON the other hand, Elon Musk's rockets, AI, and crypto are noble forms of liberation via technological innovation.
RFKs plan to eliminate pesticides and genetically modified foods without viable alternatives would precipitate massive crop failures and cause global food shortages.

While it's preferable not to use gmos and pesticides, we would not be able to produce cheap grain at current scale without them.

Experten, 5 davon Profs. Wow, einfach wow. #IchBinHanna
