Holy shit. I must be better at tuning out commercials than even I realized. I've been watching the whole game and I would have bet the farm there hadn't been any ebike ads 😂
Here’s an old Halloween reminder that bikes are joyful. Sound on❤️. Dinosaur was a complete stranger to me (of delightfully questionable judgement 😂)
This is great news!! Trying to look thru the ads was demoralizing.
The #RTDBoard has voted to BAN ad wraps from transit vehicle windows!

This is a MASSIVE victory for riders - thank you so much to Director Paglieri for leading this initiative and for the Directors who supported it!

From now on, when anyone asks how we’re going to pay for it, the answer should be we’ll take it out of the teargas budget.

We asked people who lived in homeless encampments that were cleared out in city “sweeps” to write about what object was the hardest for them to lose.

“They took my baby pictures and my moms obituaries,” a man in California wrote.

Yes please.
Colorado’s 2024 land use reforms on ADUs, parking, and TOD were a big step.
But the real climate and affordability gains come when cities go beyond the minimums.
Let’s double down on smart growth to cut emissions, costs, and wildfire risk.

This video is a good reminder that the DBL needs to recruit a few skate park riders. There was a time when my son would have simply kissed the hood of that car with his rear tire without ever missing a pedal stroke ;)
Sorry I missed you. I'm thinking Schoolyard probably covered payroll today 😂
There is no telling how many times those poor dinosaurs got their tail stepped on today 😂

Slightly out of the frame (on left) but a FedEx trucks ran through a stop sign while a woman is pushing a stroller through the crosswalk. It feels like many drivers treat our basic traffic laws as optional now in Denver. We need more automated enforcement.

"They need to focus much more attention on the major arterials that are part of the high injury network. It also requires political will because we are talking about changing the way our streets look and feel, and that inevitably creates some resistance or pushback.”

Shut the parks down @colorado.gov @senatorhick.govpeeps.us and @bennet.senate.gov . The longer folks that can afford the luxury of visiting our natl parks right now are insulated from the insanity of the situation, the longer they will sit idly by and allow it to continue.

My folks live on a farm and are retired. My mom recently got an e-bike. She rode into town today to play cards with friends and called me when she got home. I can’t remember hearing her as genuinely happy as she was today. Blue sky, sun, and a bike ride. Magic.
Sounds like Bob and the Vet may be in cathoots :(
Here's your reminder that the 'muted words' feature works really well on here.
Coming soon to a social media channel near you: Littleton's curbs hurt my car when I was driving carelessly (worded quite differently of course)
Littleton rocking out with the Toronto style curbs for their protected bike lanes. Looking good!

They join Boulder as the second city in the metro area to have bike lanes that protected with these popular barriers.
Tip from this random stranger: If I perceive so much as the thought of a side eye glance at my #cargobike, the odds of you going for a ride on it are pretty high💯
