My lats have grown (yay) but now it makes my chest look smaller. So I need to work on my chest more.
I realise this cycle is why I think some guys never stop and get ridiculously muscular, which isn’t my goal.

- could barely do any work this week in my week for catching up on big projects
- haven’t been to the gym at all
- had to cancel all my social plans, including a birthday
- won’t see boyfriend before his big Asia trip now for fear of infecting him
- feeling crap 😔

I’ll take it, but it having AfD as the official opposition scares the fuck out of me. It feels like most of Europe is 1-2 elections away from putting fascists in charge again.
