The Grip144 was a challenge. Imo the 3 things that helped me finally take it, 1. Trimmed the hair all around my hole 2. Thicker lube & not trying insert the toy with the shower running 3. Get the 'front' part of the cone in first (near your junk), then adjust the angle to get the rest in
