I appreciate being able to take care of my grandma in her twilight years. I was in culinary school and managing a restaurant when my grandpa and great aunt were passing and it broke me because I was barely able to see them.

I made a burnt basque sweet potato cheese cake with a sweet potato butterscotch ganache and cranberry sauce topping.

No for real the secret to cooking is you have to love food AND being in the kitchen. We both are foodies and enjoy cooking. We get inspired by food shows, restaurants, cookbooks, different cultures etc and then we plan and get to cooking. That’s it that’s all! And clean as you go that’s the secret.
