"Can you identify the actual images and content at issue? The page is a community effort over a long period of time, and no information about what was actually against this policy was presented beyond "the entire article", and I am not personally familar enough to identify what is "leaked," versus what was pulled from the official media center or the game itself.

I also feel compelled to note that the official Brawl Stars Twitter account posted this message 3 months ago saying, quote, "LET'S ALL HOLD HANDS AND EMBRACE THE LEAKS" and to "Check out your favorite content creators NOW", which seems at odds with both the policy and your enforcement of it."

Some of these rules can be found in Supercell’s Terms of Service (http://www.supercell.net/terms-of-service), and Supercell’s Fan Content Policy (http://supercell.com/en/fan-content-policy/). The Terms of Service is a set of rules that all players need to follow and the Fan Content Policy, on the other hand, governs your actions when you are creating fan content based on Supercell’s IP.

Supercell wants to encourage its vibrant and enthusiastic user community to share experiences, information and opinions about our games, especially via videos or applications owned or operated by the users as long as they are in conformance with the Policy.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I asked for a list of specific things that you and your client object to, and you failed to provide that. While it's nice that you "would be open to" retracting it, you have not done so, and have not given us a path forward. You cannot throw a legal grenade into our window and then proceed to say, quote, "it is difficult to perceive and distinguish what is leaked information and what is not". That is, quite literally, your job.

The takedown notice will remain up until you actually retract your claim, along with a guarantee that you will not send us another claim over this issue in the future.

Hello. I am the owner/operator of The Cutting Room Floor wiki (aka "TCRF").

First: we have complied with the takedown demands. The content at https://tcrf.net/Brawl_Stars is no longer available, and the page has been replaced with a notice and a replica of your demands.

TCRF is a community wiki dedicated to preserving details of game development, as well as cut and unused content. (see Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cutting_Room_Floor_(website) ). The linked page did not offer any kind of replacement for the game in question; it is literally a repository of things removed from it.

I would prefer to have this content and history remain available. To that end, I am CCing both the "IP team" at Fondia and Supercell's legal contact e-mail address in hopes that a human can address what appears to be an automated takedown request. Hopefully we can get some answers.

Here's the latest variant picture for New Zealand, to the end of August.

NB.1.8.1 "Nimbus" has continued to dominate, but fell back to finish at 49%.

It looks under serious threat from JN.1.* +DeFLuQE, which rebounded to 34%.

Health NZ illegally hid staffing data for over a year to conceal their systemic understaffing of our public health.

More than half of all day shifts and more than 1/3 of evening shifts last year were understaffed.
