Well the game went exactly like the under 21 game, both lost 2-0😩 although last night we were the better team in the 1st half but fluffed our lines in front of goal.

Tough game tonight. Palace a big physical side with height down the spine of the team. We have to compete in the midfield area and take our chances when they come

By the same token #LCFC have never won a top tier match against #CPFC 😜
#cpfc have never lost a Wednesday night top tier match at #LCFC

Not Our #LCFC but reminds me of the old days walking up Walnut Street
Do Lincoln city have the best ultras in the uk?

I expect Wednesday to go a bit like the under 21 game against Palace on Friday. They will be big and physical and we will struggle initially. But if we can ride the storm we have a chance

Perhaps we might see Will Alves on the bench today, otherwise he might as well go on loan for the second half of the season and get some game time

According to EM TV RVN will be unveiled tomorrow but will not be in the dug out on Saturday for Brentford

Brave but swift appointment by #LCFC 👋
He will command respect and will take no nonsense from the players.
Had an immediate impact with #ManUtd hoping for the same here 🤞
Has been known to use zonal marking which could be fun with some of our defenders 🤣

I like this flexibility in my managers, from MUWS

"In his short spell in senior management, Van Nistelrooy showed real tactical flexibility as he alternated between a 4-3-3, 3-4-2-1 and 4-2-3-1 formation, occasionally using a 4-4-2 setup depending on the opposition"

Van Nistelrooy said “At Manchester United, Sir Alex was always pushing us forward. Look forward, play forward, get crosses in, shoot on target.
As a player, I loved the way that made me feel. I wanted to play like that, and I want to transmit that same feeling to my teams, to my players."

Lots of talk of us getting Ruud van Nistelrooy. I know he's 48 but he's probably a better option for the last ten minutes than Edouard. #lcfc

Lots of tributes today for Neville Foulger who really was the voice of Leicester City on the radio in an era where there was little live Football on TV #ripneville

I don't have a problem with players enjoying themselves out of work time on a weekend as long as they turn up on time for training on the Monday morning.

It was unfortunate timing regarding the sacking Cooper but it had been planned a while back.

Nothing would give to me greater pleasure than to beat Enzo’s #Chelsea today. For me today it’s personal. All the PR spin was bull 💩 🦊💙

He was indeed a maverick, but his football skills used to delight Leicester City fans on a regular basis.

With #LCFC looking for a LCB in the Jan window it's a real shame that Ben Nelson has picked up a serious shoulder injury whilst on loan to Oxford
November 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM
It’s looking grim for our CB’s, both according to reports put in abysmal performances in their latest international games 😩
Jannik Vestergaard was singled out for an abysmal display for Denmark in their UEFA Nations League tie against Spain, after his below-par contributions coupled with an error leading to goal played a part in his nation's 2-1 defeat.

Really unfortunate he’s picked up an injury. He’s showing a lot of promise
