Yeah... it was paaaainful as a long time fan of the books, I hated the show and then there those creeps began taking the arguments as just pretense... then this game comes out and they complain about Ciri being the "main character"... my brother in christ that's literally how it goes in the books

Side note, now all the IPs that EA owns will fall on who knows what legal hands if not outright copyright limbo, meaning stuff like Dead Space, Mass Effect and Dragon Age will potentially be lost forever

2. This is a whole different situation where a boycot is irrelevant, by all accounts this means EA is set for bankruptcy regardless
