Found a really nice way of batch rendering vertical items w/ my script alongside some others from X-Raym and SWS.

Want to try and figure out a way to do all of this in one script.

Hey all,

I put together a small REAPER script today. Takes selected items in the edit window, regions them, custom names them via a prompt and increments a number on the end. (_01, _02... _10, _11 etc)

Super quick and tidy for personal projects where a basic naming convention works.

Been using the custom map from my last post to start work on some procedural ambience stuff and learn about implementation of object pooling systems.

Volume warning due to the bit where I show off the wind system. Bluesky normalisation is nasty.

Been getting knee-deep learning how to make some nature scenes so I don’t have to resort to fab environments every time I wanna play with some tech ideas.

happy new year friends! 2024 has been a huge year of development for me. Experienced some gnarly rejections and some really awesome freelance work with ambitious indies.
