Things really haven't been going well in my life lately. Work has been too much for too little the past few months. I'd quit yesterday but I found out that my toe has a staph infection. Thankful for my boyfriend and cats keeping me sane. If anyone knows of any job openings I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am sickened by the relentless demonisation of refugees.
No refugee underfunded a school.
No refugee closed a hospital.
No refugee took away support from the sick and disabled.
We need solutions not scapegoats. Stop blaming refugees and tax the rich instead!

FFXIV PvP with lag and trying to grind the series actually makes me hate this game. I normally have fun with this but having everything stop and go makes this so unplayable. Even with a VPN it's a mess.

I'm starting to have routine again in my life. It's been awhile. Also been away from FFXIV for so long. Got to farm out the PvP Series before it's gone too.

I have been so low energy lately. Been a minute. Also been working hard to prepare for the upcoming move in a few months. Just gotta keep doing my best to take care of myself.

This feels like the first time in 2 years I can breathe at work and not feel overwhelmed. I'm hoping I'll start to have more energy and better sleep, but it takes time to recover from intense overwork.

Been reflecting a lot about the topic of family lately. Met my boyfriend's family for the first time in person. It is so incredible to show up and just instantly be accepted and loved. I didn't know family could be fun and just enjoying one another's company. Love is life changing.

That was a very busy weekend of traveling. Everything I was worried about didn't happen and it was a wonderful time meeting boyfriend's family. They were so welcoming and fun.
