By the letter of the law, the D.C. Council shouldn't have been able to to discuss an issue behind closed doors that was on their public agenda that day.

But earlier this year, they created a loophole.

Coastal low still a tough call this weekend into early next week. Should see a storm and some rain by Sunday. How much is up for debate given track and speed uncertainties. Models show less than half an inch to around 4 inches in DC at moment! Details at cwg.live.
The latest model suite is all over the place per four chief members. On one end the European has around 3-4" in DC from west to east while the UKMET has less than half an inch.
