Just secured one of very few available spots for the 2026 Little Su 50k. The 2024 race worked perfectly as a shakeout ski 7 days before the #ITIalaska start. The course shares some trail with ITI; good for current conditions scouting.

Glastenbury Lap 2: An excellent lap this weekend with cooler crisp temps. The dogs did amazing, and loved their people-food diet since I FORGOT DOG FOOD?! Thankfully they accepted the tuna, beef jerkey and peanut butter and didn’t cancel me over my mistake.

The ‘crowds’ are thinning. Rather than seeing a half-dozen people on our 2-hour sunrise hike, the dogs and I now see one, maybe two. Bring on the cold.
