Used my old running shoes today. Felt good. Need to rotate them more going forward.
Don't think I would have beaten my 5k pb but potentially close as pace had significantly picked up. Then a barrage of missed calls from the missus called a halt to proceedings.

Tried to focus on my cadence. I think it caused me to go a bit quicker as apparently that was my third quickest 5k. Did get my cadence to 160 last month or so been hovering around 155.
