I'm getting sick of the "Kilmar Garcia's case is about due process" line. Yes, we should all be entitled to due process under the law. But this is about state violence and our humanity. *No one* should be sent to a death camp, even if they are declared a criminal.

Trans and gender diverse people didn't crash the economy. They aren't why your bill is so high. They aren't why fear permeates the air. Immigrants are none of these things, either. The people in charge cannot place responsibility on convenient minorities and explain away failure.
