Worked up the courage to dive into a novel I wrote more than 10 years ago, and I am half way through edits and OMG this is so dang good, y'all. Don't give up on those drawer books. They may just need time for you to grow and believe in yourself!

I received an email from a former Creative Writing student saying she'd self published. I GUSHED with praise. Then they followed up to say they "wrote" it with AI & are selling it on Amazon. They were my student long before the potential of AI was realized. I was gentle, but I had to be honest.
