Spock in this piece is a small mermaid/merman who is being held within Kirk's hands. We do not see any other part of kirk, however it is implied that it is him from McCoy's text bubble which says "Jim. ."

We do not see McCoy's face, however he is stood in the background and casts a shadow on the ground. He is wearing the medical t-shirt from the original series of star trek. His body is widened at the top and his feet are small at the bottom which implies the use of perspective (if horribly done so)

Spock, in kirks hands, is shirtless and holding onto Kirk's thumb with both of his arms. He has arm hair and chest hair and his head hair is slightly ruffled as he leans his head against Kirk's thumb and pointer finger. His tail is a green-blue colour and is raised up to his chest before laying off of Kirk's palm.

There is some lighting in this photo, however it is hard to tell of its origins. It lights up Spock's scales and the shadow of McCoy's body is coming towards the camera.
