Other than the clear top-of-alphabet favoritism in this list (9 out of 20 have names that start between A and C? Typical biased media) this is a great list. Subscribe to The Onion, too, obviously, but this is a very good way to spend your money on good people.

For those who are missing the point, this ain't a defense of Nuzzi. It shows there are still some safeguards in media when someone is grossly unethical. It's a criticism of Kennedy and more importantly, Congress for not doing its job on oversight. Bill Cassidy can't be bothered to criticize RFK Jr.

Not to defend Olivia Nuzzi, who broke every rule in journalism and promoted a charlatan to his current position. But it's incredibly telling that she will lose her job, but RFK Jr. gets to stay in his job despite the reports of his drug use, his affairs and his defenestrating of public health.

I'm going to keep saying this in my effort to speak it into reality: Supreme Court should have at least 100 Justices with rotating panels (and maybe an en banc option). No single Justice should have so much power and they shouldn't be names everyone knows.
A court with a normal-ish conservative majority would have been tolerable. I'm not eager for court packing, impeaching justices, and other such options. But this court sticking around post-Trump is untenable. They've already torched their own legitimacy, the only question is what do we do about it.
Democrats need to lay the groundwork for reform by attacking the villains on the Supreme Court - loudly, angrily, personally, relentlessly. And they should start now.

When I first got to Minnesota years ago, my roomie and I (both transplants from Back East) shared a duplex building with two Somali grad students. They became great pals to us. We were all new to this strange place in varying degrees, and they really helped it feel like home. Trump’s a racist pig.
