Pour avoir travaillé quelques mois à un centre d'appel/telemarketing, et pour aimer répondre à des sondages, j'adore l'option de recevoir le lien du sondage par texto ou courriel!
Bien plus simple que de convaincre quelqu'un de passer 30mins au téléphone, à la place de souper tranquille.
