Hot take: when a meeting ends 2 minutes early and the phrase "give you time back" is used, you should be able to collect those minutes towards additional PTO time. There's easily a couple extra days to be had here.

I've kind of slept on this channel strip. I tend to stick with an SSL when I reach for one and the UI for this guy is kind of heavy on the skeumorphic goofiness but I've been using it on overheads lately because the limiter on this is actually quite good. #music #recording #pluginalliance #amek9099

You've also been fired because you can't pay your Tesla Door Handle subscription fee, rendering you unable to drive to your job that has made remote work punishable by death.

Wrongo is a band only in theory, and it's really more or less three friends that have played a million shows together saying "it's be weird to see what would happen if we made an album together..."

My favorite part of Reverb.com is when they'll have "Deals and Steals" and it'll be a late 50s Strat for slightly less than the normal, massively over-inflated market price.

My goal for the new year is to commit to writing new music and having at least an EP to release in 2025. When inspiration isn't striking I experiment, and decided that using the Kiive Audio Complexx as a parallel compressor on close drum mics is kind of awesome.

Home recording problems: when you don't have a massive room for room mics on drums this is about the best stand in I've ever used. It's crazy how good some of this stuff is these days...15 year old me with a 4 track would have been so stoked.
