Following on from building our parachutes for our IDL topic, we had to test how well they worked. We had so much fun testing our builds 🪂

C and A were awarded with golden kindness wristbands for demonstrating kindness and upholding their school values during anti-bullying week. Well done! ⭐️

We spent some time learning about the northern lights and then used oil pastels and chalks to create our own artwork 💙💜🩷

For our writing we wrote poems about bonfire night and fireworks 🎇🎆
We were so proud of our work that we shared them with the whole class!

We had lots of Halloween fun, with some amazing costumes! We chose to have a class party, with music, games and bobbing for apples 🎃👻🧡🖤

P4W have been working on racquet skills in their tennis block 🎾 Today, we were working on returning a ball over the net with a partner.

Today we started our new topic “Significant People in Science”.
We we learning about Sir Isaac Newton and experimenting with how gravity effects different objects.
We made baskets with parachutes that we will be using to measure the time that different objects take hit the ground.
