This is also why I hate the labels of leftist or liberal being associated with people or ideals that are human and human rights first. Those are not debatable subjects. Don’t call me liberal or a leftist because I’m anti genocide and that’s a hard line for me. Why tf isn’t it for you?
It's weird that defund the police or abolish ICE are considered radical slogans unfit for discourse, but we are supposed to treat dismantling the judiciary and arresting a judge for obeying the law, or kidnapping and exiling people without due process, like a rational perspective worth debating.
