Blew out my right knee a couple weeks ago. Took me days to get to limping with a cane, weeks to be mostly pain-free. Today, I thought I'd take a gentle walk, just twenty minutes. Start rebuilding.

Hey, Dr. Crowd? Sudden onset knee pain, pain a background 1 or 2 but spikes to 8-9 on walking/load bearing. Pain *decreases* with standing and walking, gets worse with disuse. Back of knee generally sore, rotation of joint painful, some noise on extension. Any ideas?
