today i started my day wrestling a psycopathic cat, got scratched tf up (no one got bit! win!), had a dysphoric greyhound stomp his shit-smeared feet all over me, got anal glanded & pooped on by a dog hating her nail trim, and an old dog pissed bloody UTI pee all over us when we went to pick him up

just read a communication from a client who does NOT like me or want me anywhere near her dog at work bc she keeps taking comments I say about my own dogs out of context and also she really doesn't understand how we do our jobs. honestly, idgaf 😂 she's so high strung & high maintenance anyway

while i do agree that in this day and age people should get pet insurance, that's like the least helpful thing you can say to someone who is currently experiencing a financial/ medical crisis with their pets 😑
