Slavery’s brutal reality shocked Northerners before the Civil War − and is being whitewashed today by the White House
Abolitionists used hard facts to counter pro-slavery propaganda, forcing indifferent Americans to face ugly realities.

instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."

He is a computer safety researcher.

And he has written one of the most compelling, comprehensive accounts of the ongoing hell in Chicago that you could possibly imagine.

In under 1600 words.

Before he goes out for lacrosse games, it's tradition that he has a spoonful of honey. Also, perhaps not coincidentally given what happened later, he gets a kick out of seeing tiny insects work together to get big things done.

Nope, it's got all the hallmarks of ChatGPT-generated text. Right now it really likes em dashes and groups of nouns and adjectives in threes. And it has long loved a bird's eye view with zero specifics. "agonizingly intense." get real.

Couple of weeks ago I talked to someone about what autism is. And a thought was born - we need to have a cultural ambassador for autism.

Someone that will explain masses what it is and what its not. That person currently doesn't exist, as far as I'm concerned, which is a crying shame.
