Every Time I see Chuck Schumer post on here about how the government isn't doing things right, I think "you've been in the senate for 44 years. That's how old I am. I have grey hair. You're part of the problem. Maybe quit and endorse someone who has more than 10 years left on this planet."

This #selfportrait from 2014 popped up on my phone last night, so my #MCM is 34 yr-old me today. Like most (all) of us, when I'm not mindful, I lean into some pretty negative self-talk, so maybe a little narcissism is healthy? I'm way more into 45 yr old me, but 34 yr old me was a very good time 😂
