More municipalities are adopting anti-discrimination policies, according to a new annual report released Wednesday by Movisie. The proportion of municipalities with such policies has grown from 33 percent in 2017 to 37 percent in 2025, the study shows. Anti-discrimination policies are more common in large municipalities (58 percent) than in rural ones (23 percent).
