In my meditation this morning I felt the urge to create an anatomical heart. So that's the "plan" 😅

If you are not getting daily movement, and want to start, start slow!
There's no need to go from zero to 100 right away. Start with adding 1 day a week.
Once that becomes regular, add in a second day & continue to build.

Finished up the flower power granny squares from #redheart and I think I'm going to make a shrug type thing with them.

It may feel weird or somehow improper to talk about your art or your writing, but we need it. It can’t be wall-to-wall nightmare all the time. Art is both counterweight and context. It’s escape and enlightenment and a mirror of our own exasperation. We need it. We NEED it. Keep showing us.

When it comes to your nutrition think add, not restrict. 😉🌯💜

Add in more veggies, whole grains, protein, fruit, drink more water, etc.

This can help create a well rounded diet that is nourishing and tasty. I think far too much of the nutrition "advice" is about removing.
