This is true. Keep a flask in your backpack to reward yourself with something nice. You earned it.
Life Hack: Carrying and setting up equipment can be a light workout, while hiking to remote stargazing spots boosts endurance. Well worth the effort. You deserve some hot chocolate/beer/wine/bourbon!

It’s cool in June of 2025. But November 2024 is when it mattered. 7 million or so people stayed home and couldn’t be bothered to vote for President. Hopefully this energy carries over to November 2026.
Based on crowd-sourced records of No Kings Day event turnout, and extrapolating for the cities where we don't have data yet, it looks like roughly 4-6 million people protested Trump across the U.S. yesterday. That's nearly 2% of the U.S. pop!
