I generally don’t suffer from anxiety but trying to keep all these streaks going is making me anxious. I need to lose them all so I can just stop. Literally doing my head in while on holiday.

This morning before work I went for a run around the city then picked up a friend and went for a swim at Camps Bay tidal pool and not to be all love and light but I felt so grateful for these small privileges.
