Here's another mouse neocortex (🔵 NeuN, 🔴 tdTomato, 🟢 GFAP, 🟣 DAPI).
This one was transfected/electroporated early in development (E13), but you can still see the injection site in this hemisphere at P10.

The researcher didn't know how to see the cells due to the thickness of her scaffold. When I irradiated the UV light from upside her sample and she was able to see her cells, she was going to cry😊.
