Horrible story, and I hope those assholes are caught and dealt with

And while I certainly blame far right agitators, Facebook etc, and sleeveens like McGuirk/Gript for fomenting this kind of awful stuff, Simon Harris and others in government need to take a hard look at themselves and their rhetoric
Asylum seekers have told of how they were followed by men on motorcycles before being subjected to an alleged attack in rural Co Dublin yesterday.

The incident – which saw the young men beaten and their car windows smashed – has been condemned.

Don't forget the cheese is not included,
#SLATED made it, you better use it!
#SpeirGorm some of you will remember Dustin the Turkey singing about batteries 😉
It's that bloody time of year again.

Let me just say this once, there is no CHEESE included with the cheeseboard.

Strange how they don't expect a cup of coffee.

Thank you.

Florence + The Machine have put out a new album, and the title song ‘Everybody Scream’ has really gotten us thinking about living in a burnout but still showing up for life.
Now is the perfect time to listen to the whole album as Florence is coming to Limerick to play Thomond Park next summer!

Just a heads up with all the Christmas markets and fairs on at the moment - if you see art or art-based pieces for sale, ask who the artist is, because the amount of people deceptively slapping "made locally" on pieces locally farted out by their computer and a genAI prompt is getting depressing

Freddie Mercury, born Farrokh Bulsara in Zanzibar in 1946, died of AIDS-related bronchial pneumonia on this day in 1991 at the age of 45. He made a public statement about his illness the day before his death, and the announcement is credited with increasing public awareness of the disease.

Cis men are committing violent acts every day, but the GC lot want to focus their attention on what folk look like if they need to pee?
This will result in the policing of the appearance of all women & make toilets hostile spaces.
It is regressive, ridiculous &does nothing to improve anyones safety.
Fixed it for you. Idiots! If the exclusion is based on appearance then it will certainly impact cis folks as well as trans folks.
