I was 33 when I was diagnosed with #PCOS. It’s been almost 3 years since then, which feels both like a long time and no time at all. 🧵
I’ve never had so many cry wolf moments within my own body as I have since PCOS. It’s a weird feeling to second guess the signs and clues your body gives you that you’re going to get your period. Maybe today? Okay definitely tomorrow…Mmm maybe in 5 days. Oh look it’s here! Wait, it’s not? 🫠

🔥 the best thing I ever purchased to help with pms back pain is a hot water bottle. Can’t recommend enough. Also great for warming up a bed in winter.
