A couple insiders told me that the police didn't shoot but the kidnappers tried to execute the victim. I am sure we will learn more later from actual news.

Cops are reporting the kidnappers got a hold of a White Ford Explorer and are potentially fleeing in it. This is all from leaks on a public channel.

County wide bolo out of Plum that three people in a white Hyundai Tuscon with license plate PA MNR-1997 with a #1 Cochran on the back kidnapped someone with a firearm and are demanding a ransom. Cops are expecting a possible fire fight.
