Back when I was coming up as a Science Fiction fan in the early 80s there was a clearer delineation between what were known as Literary Fans and Media Fans. I have always considered myself a Literary Fan. This video makes an excellent case for why that divide is real.

Back when I was coming up as a Science Fiction fan in the early 80s there was a clearer delineation between what were known as Literary Fans and Media Fans. I have always considered myself a Literary Fan. This video makes an excellent case for why that divide is real.

I really dislike it when people habitually correct other people’s grammar. Is that sort of commentary really meant to benefit anything but the corrector’s ego? Ignoring the slight is usually the best strategy. But every once in while the opportunity for revenge presents itself…

As much as I dislike Charlie Kirk, shooting him or anyone else over political disagreement is unacceptable. My thoughts go out to his wife and kids. 😧

While doing my daily one-man #TeslaTakedown protest yesterday in San Jose, a car pulled up and the girl in the passenger seat offered me money. She thought I was panhandling! Then she took another look at my sign and realized I was a protestor. She was happy about the protesting.

It's hilarious. We had counter demonstrators at the Sunnyvale Tesla Takedown. What they don't understand is that their presence and behavior just act as a "force multiplier" for us, and make more noise, both sonically and visually.
